Lee Parents, we need your help! The Silent Film, Silent Auction event is coming up on March 17th! This is our school’s biggest fundraiser and provides the money for our incredible arts and music programs. Although the event is in March, we need lots of parent help now to make this event possible! If you can help with any of these positions or have suggestions about the event, please contact Theresa Shettlesworth at shettleswortht or 573-424-3511.
Ways to help:
Volunteers are needed for the following: (all of these positions can be split between several people, so let us know if you’d like to help but wouldn’t want to do it alone)
Help in the art room with art projects
Coordinate donations from local artists
Coordinate window displays in downtown storefronts
Set and up and take down of the art auction
Volunteer at the Event; we need lots of help
Donate: We need donations of original art to sell in our auction and art booth. If you are crafty, sew, are a potter or woodworker, paint or sculpt, please share your talent! If you or a friend are interested in donating art, please contact Theresa at shettleswortht or 573-424-3511.
Attend the Event: This is a family friendly and fun event. All families are encourage to attend and enjoy the afternoon of fun and art. Even better, Lee students get in free!
